2 What This App Does
Sky Bubble Burst is a casual bubble-popping game where users pop colorful bubbles to progress through levels. Core gameplay works offline. No account is required. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.
3 Information We Collect
3.1 Locally Stored Data (Never Transmitted)
The following data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. None of this data is ever sent to us or any third party by the app unless you explicitly choose to share it.

6 Consent & Privacy Choices
Google UMP: In compliance with GDPR (EEA/UK), the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to display a consent dialog on first launch for users in applicable regions. You can change consent choices at any time through the app's privacy settings.
Apple ATT: On iOS, the App may request tracking permission via App Tracking Transparency before accessing the IDFA, where applicable.
7 Firebase & Other Google Services
The App may use Google Firebase services (such as Firebase Remote Config) for remote App configuration — for example, controlling whether ads are shown, managing feature flags, or displaying update notices. Firebase may process technical information such as device and network identifiers as described in Firebase's privacy documentation.
Firebase is not used for analytics, crash reporting, or user tracking unless explicitly disclosed otherwise.

9 How We Use Information
Local data is used exclusively to:

Data processed through third-party SDKs (AdMob, Firebase) is used solely for advertising and configuration purposes as described in their respective policies.
We do not use information for marketing, behavioural tracking, sale to data brokers, or any purpose beyond operating the App and serving ads.
10 Data Sharing, Retention & Deletion
Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data sharing only occurs through integrated SDKs (AdMob, Firebase) as necessary to provide their services, subject to their policies and applicable law.
Information may leave your device if you choose to share it — for example, by copying content, taking screenshots, or using your device's share sheet.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Retention: Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it using the App's features, clear app data, or uninstall the App. Advertising and partner data retention is governed by Google and its partners.
Deletion: You can delete locally stored data at any time by clearing app data through your device settings or uninstalling the App. We cannot recover data deleted from your device.
11 Data Security & Children's Privacy
Security: Local data security depends largely on your device protections (screen lock, OS updates, device encryption). Communications with Google services use industry-standard protections provided by those platforms. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy: The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where applicable.
12 International Users
The App is available globally. If you use the App outside your home country, local laws may differ. Ad and configuration services provided by Google may process information on servers in various countries in accordance with Google's policies and applicable law.
13 Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
